Terms of Hire
- The Customer is responsible for the hired goods and must insure against all risks.
- Minimum hire of one 8 days week. If the return date falls on a weekend or public holiday, items must be returned the following weekday.
- Delivery and collection of goods are not included in the hire charge.
- Goods not returned by the due date will be invoiced for extended hire until such time as the goods are returned or the replacement value of the goods is received.
- All goods must be returned in the packaging in which they are provided. Failure to do so will result in a $100 replacement fee, to be paid upon return.
- Damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of occurring, either via email or through our damage report. Damage will incur a $100 admin fee plus full costs of any repairs/replacement.
- Pickups and returns:
(i) All pickups are next-day after hire is confirmed, unless arranged prior.
(ii) Upon pickup and return, a photo of the items for hire must be taken and emailed to hire@clearyarthire.com to confirm collection & return.
(ii) Pickup/return hours are between 9am and 5pm, weekdays. - Payment
(i) Extended hire charges and loss & damage invoices are payable by return.
(ii) All payments are to be made by direct bank transfer only.
(iii) An administration fee of 10% of hire will be made for orders cancelled more than 24 hours prior to collection date. A cancellation charge of 50% of hire will be made if notification is received less than 24 hours prior to collection date, or goods not collected.
(iv) We reserve the right to request a deposit against any order(s) placed with us. - By placing an order with us you accept that:
(i) You have read and accept our terms and conditions printed above.
(ii) Our terms and conditions will prevail at all times.
(iii) You will make payment of all invoices according to our credit terms..
