How do I book and pay for my hire?

At Cleary Art, we have two types of art available – Ready to Hire and our Artist Catalogue.

Ready to Hire pieces are all listed in our online catalogue. To enquire about hiring, you can send us an email at hire@clearyarthire.com OR simply add some pieces to your cart, add any details (including preferred pickup and return dates, hire duration etc) as a note in the checkout and hit ‘request quote’. We’ll receive your request and get back to you to confirm dates super soon! Once the hire is confirmed, we will send an invoice for payment.

Our Artist Catalogue is a collection of artists who’s work we represent for hire. To enquire about hiring work from a specific artist, either fill out the form in the catalogue or send us an email with any relevant details (duration of hire, quantity and type of works needed) and we’ll get back to you with a price list of available hire. Our Artist Catalogue offers a higher quality of unique fine art, and the hire costs reflect this.

When and where can I pickup my hires?

Ready to Hire art can be picked up earliest the day after a hire is confirmed – from National Storage, 11 A Edinburgh Rd, Marrickville NSW 2204.
Artist Catalogue hires pickups are subject to availability and will be prior arranged – keep an eye on your email 🙂

How long can I hire for?

A standard hire term for Ready to Hire is 8 calendar days – so if you pickup on a Tuesday, your hire needs to be returned by the following Tuesday.
Hires can be extended for multiple weeks – hire extensions are charged at 100% for the 2nd week, 75% for the 3rd week and 50% for any week after.

What kind of copyright release do you provide?

All our Ready to Hire and Artist Catalogue artworks come with a standard general copyright release. If your production needs additional specific releases, get in touch!
